About me
I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting clients through complex emotional work. Originally from Mexico, I’ve lived and worked across the UK, USA, the Netherlands, and Mexico, bringing a cross-cultural, deeply attuned lens to therapy. My work is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing is a return to what’s already true.
